Today FM has announced that Louise Cantillon is the new presenter of weekday lunchtime (12-2pm) and will take to the hotseat in January

Joining a stellar daytime line up, Louise Cantillon has been announced as Today FM’s new lunchtime host. The big news was revealed on Dave Moore’s show on Today FM earlier today, where Louise said: “It’s the biggest honour ever, I’m hoping I can do it justice!”

No stranger to the Today FM audience, Louise Cantillon has featured across the daytime and weekend schedule since summer 2022. Louise presented the hugely successful Saturday afternoon show (2pm-6pm) on Today FM, growing the weekend audience significantly in that time.

A Limerick native, Louise’s star has steadily been on the rise. A proud Gaeilgeoir, Louise is also a seasoned TV personality, having hosted TG4’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest for the past three years and most recently TG4’s European Travel Series Téasc Taistil, the second series of which is due to air in March next year.  Louise also co-hosts a bilingual podcast “How to Gael” with her TG4 colleagues Doireann Ní Ghlacáin and Síomha Ní Ruairc.
