LEO Limerick Summer Barbeque
LEO Limerick is holding a Summer Barbeque and Masterclass for Limerick business owners on Wednesday, June 22 which will include a conversation with Pat McDonagh, owner of the Castletroy Park Hotel and Supermac’s.

This event will take start with a food and networking at 6pm in the Castletroy Park Hotel.  At 7pm Pat McDonagh, owner of the Castletroy Park Hotel and Supermac’s will discuss his remarkable journey, interviewed by Pádraic Ó Máille.  The conversation will include his unique approach and business formula for success, challenges faced doing business in Ireland today and strategies for growth and identifying opportunities.

Pat McDonagh, Supermac’s is a firm believer in hands-on organisation and is very much involved in the day-to-day management of his business.  Originally working as a school teacher he has developed businesses across the food and hospitality industry.  He attributes the success of the company to a number of factors, including unique and innovative offerings, a commitment to quality across all aspects of the business and a strong work ethic.
