After a competitive group and knockout stages the cup final which kicks off at 7.45pm will see Pro Energy Retrofit take on Westrock. The tournament is aptly led out by Stats Perform – a market-leading sports technology company based on Henry Street.

Séamus Monaghan, Director of Business Operations, Stats Perform Limerick said, “It’s great to see the businesses of Limerick coming together at this time of year to engage in such an enjoyable and worthwhile activity, where they can also build lasting relationships for the future. Congratulations to everyone from the competing companies who helped organise this tournament and best of luck to all the competing teams.”

The tournament is supported by Limerick Sports Partnerships’ Active Cities Project, which aims to encourage physical activity initiatives in Ireland’s five largest cities – increasing the number of people, regardless of age and ability, participating in sport and physical activity in their city.

Pat Quigley – Active Cities Officer, Limerick Sports Partnership commented, “Limerick Sports Partnership is delighted to support the Limerick Interfirm Football Tournament through our Active Cities Project. This is a fantastic opportunity for people to get active in an enjoyable and social setting, and we wish the best of luck to all the teams taking part.”

The organising committee would like to pay tribute to the other 14 organisation that took part this year; AMCS, BD, Cook Medical. Northern Trust, Lidl, Atlantic Aviation, Kirby Electrical, Leo Lynch, ERS, Apex Group, Edward Lifesciences and Stats Perform.
